SAWFL Complaint Form

The SAWFL has introducted a Complaint Form.

This form is to be completed for any complaints relating to the SAWFL and submitted via email to sawflboard@gmail.com and johnk@saafl.asn.au.

If any complaints are received adhoc, the club will be requested to re-submit their complaint via the correct format using the form. In consultation with SAAFL and the SAWFL, the complaint will then be managed with a resolution focus.
