AFL Cultural Strategy & Education

The AFL Cultural Strategy and Education Unit have worked collaboratively with AFL Media to produce 4 short documentary’s that focus on the issues of mental health, equality, homophobia and vilification.

These clips feature people from within the football community who have faced various challenges and have valuable experiences to share on these key social issues.

The people featured in the clips are:

The clips were incorporated into the AFL Club education program for 1-3 year players, and have generated significant interest from the industry due to the raw and powerful nature of them. Clubs are encouraged to share these clips with their members and use them to further raise awareness of these important social issues.
