Director of Coaching Role

Melbourne University Women's Football Club has recently brought on a Director of Coaching, which is a very good strategy for their development.

SAWFL is wondering what you think about the League bringing on a Director of Coaching at a Board level to assist in the development and management of all coaches in the SAWFL.
