Merry Christmas & Happy New Year from SAWFL!

The SAWFL would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Thank you to all clubs and the SANFL for their support throughout 2013. It was a fantastic year for female football in SA as we saw the competition grow to nine Open Women’s teams and six Under 18’s teams.

The season culminated with our Open Women’s finals series being played at three fantastic venues - Kilburn Oval, Gliderol Stadium and Alberton Oval. Thanks also to these venues for hosting the games.

We hope that everyone enjoys the off-season and we look forward to another exciting year in 2014!
