Annual General Meeting
The 2013 Annual General Meeting of the Bellarine Peninsula Basketball Association Inc. has been scheduled to be held Thursday 12th December 2013 at 7.15pm at Bellarine Sports Centre.
PURPOSE OF MEETING:
1. To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.
2. To receive reports from the Committee upon the activities of the Association during the preceding financial year.
3. To receive and consider the Balance Sheet and Statement of Accounts of the Association in accordance with Section 30(3) of the Incorporation's Act.
4. To receive any nominations for any persons to be considered for Life Membership of BPBA.
5. To elect President, Secretary, plus Ordinary Members.
