Association Championship Team Selections Completed
Once again in 2013 the WDFNL selected Representative Teams in the U13s, U15s and U17s to represent the League at the Netball Victoria Association Championships. The Teams also competed in the Portland Association Championships.
The League conducted selection try outs over a couple weeks and the turnout for each grade was fantastic, which made the job of selecting teams by all coaches incredibly hard as there is some fantastic talented players at all Clubs within the League. The League also took a second Under 15 team this year as a development side. Thank you to the coaches, Chris Van Kempen (U17s), Sara Lenehan & Bridget Foster (U15s) and Jenny Gleeson (U13s), who have all put in a lot of time and effect to get the teams this far.
