Representative Coaches Application 2014

 

North Harbour Basketball Association is calling for expressions of interest for representative coaches for the 2014 representative season.

Harbour Basketball is the most successful basketball Association in New Zealand. This is your opportunity to become part of an exciting group of coaches who help young athletes achieve their goals.

Applications close on Friday 25 October and coaches will be selected prior to the start of the Representative Trials.

Selected Coaches will be required to attend the three week representative trial process in November. After the initial three weeks Coaches will select the top 20 players and will train this squad for three weeks in December to finalize the A and B representative teams for the 2014 season. Any player who did not make the Representative teams will be invited to trial for Development Teams early in Term 1, 2014.

Please note that the U13 and U23 Representative trials will not be until April/May 2014.

Please note that players and coaches who are unsucessful in making the A or B representative teams will be invited to trial/coach a Development Team.  

Development Trials for U15/17/19 will be at the Start of Term 1, 2014.

Development Trials for U11/13 will be in May/June, 2014.

Players and Coaches have to be available for all tournaments.
