Final siren, the joy and dispair of football is highlighted here, a seasons work done but very different emotions for those who get to the last day!
The Hawks survived a torrid three quarters of football to pull away in the last quarter against a gallant Bulldog side. They kicked four goals to none in the 4th quarter to clinch the 2013 premiership.
The Hawks made it a double in the B Grade, accounting for neighbour Wirrulla by 27 points after leading all day. The margin at the half was 28 points and the Bombers hit back in the third quarter, but were not able to sustain the momentum until the end.
2013 Colts premiers are Central Eyre, overrunning a determined the West Coast Hawks in the last quarter, not unlike the A Grade match. Kane Grocke led the way with 6 for the Bulldogs who are enjoying their first ever premiership in Mid West
Congratulations to all the winners
