The nominations have been announced for the 2013 AFL Sydney Women’s Team of the Year.
All Women’s coaches and AFL Sydney-appointed judges are asked to nominate their team in line with the criteria below.
The AFL Sydney Women’s Team of the Year will be announced at Phelan Medal Night.
CRITERIA
Players must have played a minimum of 50% of the 2013 home and away season.
Eligible players are attached and have been placed into categories (see the tabs).
From the lists provided the panel are to select players, coaches and umpires as follows:
Defenders Six
Midfielders Eight
Forwards Six
Rucks Two
Coach Three
The panel are to rank the players in order, with No 1 being their first choice.
Coaches cannot select players from their own team and are asked to select on form, not reputation.
