Fourteen of the regions very best Youth Girls footballers have been named in the Under 17 South West Magpies Youth Girls representative team. South West will contest the 2013 State Championships from the 1st to 3rd of November.
Headlining the team are the regions three Queensland representatives in dual representative Isabelle Baldock along with Georgie Seaniger and Danielle Wall.
The superstar trio will be joined by another eleven girls in the representative team, taking the total Darling Downs base to 14 in the squad of 25. Joining the girls are Morgan Prior, Jessica Harvey, Jade Loch and Savannah Ranford who are all apart of the undefeated South Toowoomba Bombers women's team.
The squad also includes Toowoomba East Stinger junior Lauren Jericho along with Warwick's Cassie Cullen and Highfields Lions very own Kristina McGreevey. Adding to the DD crew are Rookie Search players Shaleise Law, Alice Woodhill, Emily Bell and Taylah Schutt who were all identified through AFLQ School programs.
Darling Downs combine with Brisbane West for the Under 17 Youth Girls State Championships and the team will be joined by South Toowoomba Bombers Women's Coach Sophie Smith who has come on board in a development role.
