Probably one of the most important meetings of the Year will take place on Sunday August 11 when Gotafe Goulburn Valley Football League Board Members meet at 10-30 am in Arundel Street, Benalla at the home of the Benalla Bowles Club. Important items that may be discussed will be the allocation of teams comprising the final six in both football and netball to the clubs under the finals roster system eligible to cater in 2013. Benalla, Euroa, Rochester & Mooroopna will host finals with the Final usually held at Deakin Reserve and up for tender to be played away from Deakin Reserve with the clubs not having a final able to tender for a final to be played on their home ground. The Sheppaton Swans will cater for the Preliminary Final at Deakin Reserve with the Shepparton Bears & Shepparton United sharing the Grand Final Catering at Deakin.
