This weeks McDonald's Mini Legend Award went to Mitchell Schroen from the Lockyer Valley Demons who showed true sportsmanship when a player from his side was injured, he was the first on the scene to help out.
He is now in his 2nd year of football and he is a mad Collingwood supporter.
Mitchell loves pulling on the Demons guernsey and says the best part of playing football is 'just having fun'.
Over the remaining 9 round of the AFLDDJ season, AFL Queensland staff will be recognising players who display the best acts of sportsmanship both on and off the field.
Players will be recognised in front of their peers at the conclusion of matches by AFL Queensland staff and be rewarded with a certificate from the Junior major sponsor McDonald's Toowoomba Region Restaraunts.
Look out for Webby, Jeffro or Davo, who could be at your ground this weekend awarding the McDonald's Mini Legend Award to you!
