AFL Sydney have released their Senior and Development representative train-on squads in preparation for representative fixtures on the June long weekend.
The Senior squad will play AFL Cairns at Blacktown International Sports Park on Saturday 8 June, and the Development squad will play AFL Riverina a day later at Robertson Oval, Wagga Wagga.
AFL Sydney Football Operations Manager, Matthew Graham was pleased with the calibre of the squads.
"We believe we have selected the best talent available and have suitable coaching support to recognise the importance of representative football for AFL Sydney," he said.
"The opposition sides had wins against us in corresponding fixtures two years ago, and that is a record we are looking to overturn."
The squads will commence training next Wednesday 22nd June, with the final squad to be named the days preceeding the June long weekend.
