AFL Sydney Womens Rising Star- Round 3

The Army AFL Sydney Womens Round 3 Rising Star nominee is Rebecca Beeson from Macquarie University.

Rebecca is a 16 year old from the Central Coast, who previously lived in Perth. made her senior debut for the Warriors in Round 2 against Auburn at Pioneers Park, kicking 3 goals and being named among one of the team's best players on the day. played across the midfield and showed great poise and skill while gathering many contested possessions in a solid win for the team. third goal, crumbled beautifully off the pack, was a highlight.

She performed very well in Round 3 in both the midfield and up forward, kicking another 2 goals and setting up numerous others. She was once again amongst the best on ground and the Warriors are looking forward to helping Bec develop her football skills and knowledge throughout 2013.
