Play Out Zone for U9 & U11 games to be followed by all referees- please ensure all players are aware of this process where attacking team is not permitted in defending teams back third until the ball is played out of this zone or there are 3 passes
Finish time is not negotiable. Please ensure teams are ready to start on time and games finish on time- if match does not start on time halves needs to be shortened.
Be conscious of 5 minute turnaround time for U11 games at end of your game and move off pitch promptly to allow next team to warm-up and start kick off on time.
