Mini Soccer Tournament
Renmark Paringa Council will be hosting a 5-a-side Soccer Mini Tournament in Renmark on Saturday, April 6 to help celebrate National Youth Week!
In a first for the region, the matches will take place using inflatable pitches and utilising the skills and knowledge of leading soccer experts – Football Focus: http://www.footballfocus.com.au/inflatablesoccer.html
All the necessary equipment will be provided on the day and Football Focus will be providing the refs as well as passing on some handy hints and tips. All players need to do is register, then turn up on the day in suitable soccer attire (either boots or running shoes are fine). Bibs will be available or teams can choose to wear matching shirts / uniforms - but this isn’t a requirement.
It is important to point out that this event has been designed for anyone interested in having a go at soccer and wanting to try something new! We encourage everyone to register a team, a part team or as an individual.
For those who are already soccer converts, this event is an excellent opportunity for some great pre-season training in a fun, friendly atmosphere.
Prizes will be presented to the winning team and the runners up in both age categories as well as random prize draws during the day.
