Preview:
Blacktown had a halcyon first season making it to the Grand Final only to go down to a more-seasoned UTS outfit. They have continued to grow over the off-season and have added some interstate players, as well as Premier Division players in Ashley Moeller and Peter Vlatko.
They have the list to win the premiership.

Preview:
Another club to continue their upward curve in 2012, making it to the Preliminary Final before losing to eventual premiers, UTS.
Brett Somerville is a loss up forward but have recruited well with a strong Balmain contingent making their way east. Azhar and Jones should do some damage in the Division Three competition if fit.
They look most likely to challenge Blacktown for the premiership.

OUTS
Preview:
Gosford take the step up after making the Grand Final in Division Four where they lost to Penrith. They face a challenge getting used to the increased pressure and pace with a step up in division.
They look to have a pretty stable list and should cause some issues for more established sides.
Will probably miss out on the finals but would not surprise if they do better.

Preview:
It would appear on the surface that Nor-West have enjoyed an influx of players. The club, however, has suffered a mass exodus caused by a RAAF deployment, in particular their top end players, which has caused their drop in division.
It is a shame for a club that made the finals in Division Two last year, and hence will enter this year as an unknown quantity.
Jesse Cass is another talented youngster to take the step up and further his career at Balmain.
Unlikely to make the finals given the losses to their list.
