2013 Nationals: Youth & Open Day 1 Overview

The 2013 Youth and Open National Touch Championship tapped off today at Bruce Pulman Park with the New Zealand's best Touch stars carving it up on the fields and striving for Provincial power.

Auckland are looking to be the team to beat in the Open Men's Grade and they'll be out to repeat their Championship win in 2012. Waikato's Touch Blacks-studded Women's team is in a similar position, as to are the 2012 Mixed winners Kapiti Horowhenua who were looking good early on in their opening rounds.
