Draw Analysis: St George are a team on the rise and will need to be on their game early in the season with matches against two finalists in the opening two weeks, including the premiers UNSW/ES at home in Round 1. They face some respite with matches against four Premier Division non-finalists in a five round mid-season stretch. This is before a tough finish that sees them pitted against UNSW/ES, Balmain and Pennant Hills (final round) in the final five weeks, as well as a trip to Illawarra.

Pre-Season Preparations: St George re-commenced training on Tuesday 13 November, with sessions held twice weekly leading into the Christmas break. The club has Olds Park back in action.
