Draw Analysis: Southern Power will be the hunted this year given Manly’s promotion to Premier Division. The draw presents the Power with three games in the first five at home, two of which are against finalists from last year. This is countered by a similar number of away games in the home stretch.

Pre-Season Preparations: Southern Power started their pre-season on Tuesday 4 December, with sessions held twice weekly leading into Christmas.
