The Holroyd-Parramatta Goannas turned out in force for the 2012 Presentation Night at the Merrylands RSL with almost 150 players, supporters, family members and guests were in attendance.
Our guests included Ross Grove - the newly elected Mayor of the City of Holroyd; Syd Thode, Robert Shorrock & Peter Harding from Merrylands RSL; Alan Jacobs from Major Sponsor Rossfreight Transport; Ken Gray from foundation sponsor HTT Management; Danielle Stone from Assign Recruitment; Adrian Raftery from Mr Taxman and Richard Griffiths, COO of the Greater Western Sydney Giants.
Stuart McKinley claimed the Goanna’s Club Best and Fairest from Luke McLeod and Josh Fenaroli.
26 year-old McKinley returned to the club he played with in 2008-09 after a two year stint with Sydney Hills Eagles. McKinley played twenty games, where he was dangerous on the ball and up forward with ten goals.
