Several clubs have recently announced coaching appointments for 2013, many of which are detailed below.

The Heatherton Football and Netball Club is very excited to announce that Clint Einsiedel will be its senior football coach for season 2013. Clint is no stranger to the club as he was a member of its 2009 premiership team.
Clint has an impressive CV which includes playing 300 SFL games, 3 premierships (2002 & 2004 with East Brighton), represented the SFL in interleague, coached Springvale Districts and was named in the SFL Team of the 20 Years (1992-2012).
The Bentleigh Football Club is excited to announce the appointment of Brad Canavan as senior coach. Brad comes to the club with a wealth of coaching knowledge including roles at MPNFL clubs Bonbeach, Edithvale-Aspendale and Chelsea. He has also spent two years at TAC Cup team Dandenong Stingrays as the Junior Development Coach, and three years at VFL club Frankston Dolphins as an assistant to Shannon Grant and Brett Lovett.
During his time at the Dolphins, Brad held roles as opposition analyst, forwards coach and reserves coach. Brad also comes with experience as senior coach of the Keysborough Football Club in the Casey/Cardinia Football League.
The Black Rock Football Club is delighted to announce the appointment of John Burke as Senior coach. John brings with him an abundance of footy experience, from his playing days at Cheltenham FC and more recently through his coaching involvement at Beaumaris FC; in particular, their U17, U19 and their Reserve side in 2011. He has a game plan and football philosophy based around respect that will hold the club in excellent stead as it aims to rebuild in Division 3 next season.
Over the course of the appointment process, John demonstrated a clear long term vision for the Black Rock Football Club, both on and off the field, recognising that the two go hand in hand. John is eager for the challenge that the role presents and determined to work towards a progression of club culture and ensuring BRFC’s long term viability.
Having been involved in various levels at nearby football clubs for over 30 years, as well as owning a business in the local area, John has a wealth of knowledge, connections and ideas on how to best position the club to steadily attract local players, supporters and sponsors going forward.
It is with great pleasure that the Executive Committee of the South Yarra Football Club announce that Josh Gledhill has been appointed as playing coach for the South Yarra Football Club for season 2013. Josh previously played with South Yarra FC in 2010 and in early 2011 prior to being transferred to Swan Hill for 18 months with his employment.
The St Kilda City Football Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Gavin Mahony as senior coach for the 2013 season. Gavin is an experienced senior footballer having undertaken a number of roles during his football career.

While injuries have limited his playing time since returning to the club in 2011 he has provided great support to the coaching panel and was instrumental in organising the club’s annual gala ball in 2011/2012.
In 2012 Gavin took on an assistant coaching role at St Kilda City while also acting as coaching coordinator for the St Kilda City Junior Football Club.
The club are excited to have Gavin at the helm in 2013 and look forward to a successful season.
The Mount Waverley Football Club would like to announce the appointment of Nick Smith as senior coach for the 2013 season.
Nick comes to the club with a very comprehensive Playing, Coaching and Teaching background; He is a PE Teacher, has played at VFL Level and most recently was Senior Assistant Coach at Port Melbourne under Gary Ayres in 2010.
Lyndale Football Club has announced Rodney Benstead coach for 2012. Rodney played 47 games for the LFC between 2003 and 2006 and also has an extensive playing career which includes stints at North Melbourne, Coburg & Oak Park.
Rodney operates his own business as a personal trainer and his enthusiasm for the role combined with his fitness background and his vision for the club going forward attracted the committee to him.
