Alex Goodall capped off a consistent season by being named Pennant Hills Demons’ Best & Fairest Player at the club’s recent Presentation Night.
Goodall was a mainstay in the Demons midfield this season- finishing in the top five of the Phelan Medal count and being named in that position in the AFL Sydney Team of the Year.
He finished on 111 votes in the club award, fourteen ahead of runner-up and Phelan Medal runner-up, Kieran Wright. Tim Wales rounded out the top three, a further five votes behind.
In Reserve Grade (Division One), veteran Jason Clarke claimed the Best and Fairest honour, while Matthew Baglin was named best in the Under 18s.
Melissa Parker received the Harry Noad Memorial Trophy for Club Person of the Year.
In other club news, Chris Yard and Tim Kenny have been reappointed as coaches for the Demons Premier Division outfit in 2013. The duo led the Demons to the Preliminary Final where they were eventually pipped by Balmain. Jason Clarke will continue to lead the Division One outfit.
