The Manly-Warringah Wolves have finished on top of the AFL Sydney Club Championship after a dominant season.
The Wolves' earned the honour as the leading AFL Sydney Club based on the on-field performance of their top three grades (ie. Seniors, Reserves and Under 18s/Thirds (if no Under 18 side)).
Their status is due in no small part to their Senior Division One squad that finished undefeated at the end of the regular season with eighteen wins to their name. Their Reserve grade side placed just outside the finals despite a positive win-loss record. The Under 18 Division Two side held their end of the bargain, finishing in third with eleven wins.
They finished ten points ahead of Southern Power who coincidentally finished second to the Wolves on the Division One ladder. Balmain rounded out the placings a further eighteen points behind.
Manly-Warringah will be acknowledged on Phelan Medal Night.
