For the first time in their history tonight AFL Cairns will hold two night games con-currently when Manunda and North Cairns play under Cazalys' new broadcast-friendly lights. Their game will correspond with Centrals and Saints doing battle at Crathern Park. The fast- improving Hawks will get a chance to show how far they've come against Norths, who ground down Souths last week despite missing a host of their best players. It will be the first time teams play with the use of lights, which were a $2.7 million project funded by the Queensland Government, Cairns Regional Council and AFL Cairns and installed by Babinda Electrics. Play begins at 8pm.
