After taking out the Dalby Swans Cup (Dalby Primary School competition) undefeated earlier in the year. Our Lady of the Southern Cross College have continued on their winning ways after defeating both Crow's Nest State School and Withcott State School in the round robin style Quarter Finals.
Formerly known as the Future Stars Cup, now the Brisbane Lions Cup OLOSCC were untouchable as they accounted for Withcott in Game 13.9 (87) to 0.2 (2). After a games break they game out against Crow's Nest and continued to impress as they ran out 15.7 (97) to 0.0 (0).
Withcott competed well in their first ever AFL competition, as they were able to record big wins over Crow's Nest State School. The Nesters were able to kick the first goal of the game but it was the boys from the bottom of the range who ran out 11.6 (72) to 1.1 (7) victors.
Our Lady will now progress down to the Brisbane Lions Cup Semi-Finals in the middle of June.
