Both coaches come to the program with a weath of knowledge and experience. O'Donoghue Jrn is a former junior and senior representative player and also played a handful of games for the Brisbane Lions reserves. Being a part of the pathway equips O'Donoghue with the knowledge of exactly what the boys are looking to achieve and what ares of their game they specifically need to work on to achive these goals. O'Donoghue will take charge of the U12-U14 group of players.
Robert 'Bert' Cherry is also a former senior representative player but has spend the last 6-8 years coaching representative Darling Downs teams, assisting with the Crows program and recently coaching seniors at Highfields. Bert will be guiding the U16 players in his role with the Academy.
