Referee Request Terms and Conditions

To request a referee for your game or tournament please complete and submit form.
Note: GSL will not appoint referees to any fixtures if all conditions are not met in your application. For lodgement of this form, the following terms and conditions apply:

• Only fully completed applications will be considered.
• Applications must be lodged at least seven (7) working days before the event date.
• If it is a tournament; applications must be lodged at least one (1) full month before the event date.
• If any part of this form is not completed as required, applications will be returned for completion.
• Referees will only be appointed to matches where the event arrangements have been completed within the required time frames as set out above.
• GSL will not bear any responsibility for the non-appointment of officials, resultant losses or cancellations due to the failure to adequately plan ahead and meet the time frames required as set out by GSL.
• GSL welcomes the opportunity to include events into our planning well in advance of these minimum time frames and encourage clubs to plan their events and notify at the earliest possible time.
