At 26 years of age Proctor has much to prove at VFL level and is looking forward to returning to the Club where he made a name for himself as a sharp half forward who can push up through the middle.
Williamstown Football Manager Chris Dixon said the Club was excited about gaining Proctor's signature. "At 26 years of age Clint is in the prime of his football career. We believe his smarts up forward and his creativity from stoppages is going to be an asset to our Club."
"We see him as someone who can kicks goals for us as well as pushing up into the midfield."
The news of Proctors recruitment follows on from the signing of Michael Stockdale from the Casey Scorpions for the next 2 VFL seasons.
Stockdale has built a reputation as a classy, determined and skillful defender in his 50 VFL games to date. He finished 5th in the 2010 Liston Medal Trophy whilst also making the 2010 VFL Team of the Year.
Michael comes to the club having played under senior coach Peter German in 2009 at the Casey Scorpions. Stockdale joins other former Power teammates in Ed Carr, Nick Sing and Dale Hoghton.
Stockdale will be a valuable addition to the Williamstown list and at the age of only 21 still has a significant amount of upside to his game.
