The Pacific Games Council has constituted a six-member Disputes Tribunal to manage any protests or legal issues which arise during the 2011 Pacific Games. New Zealand barrister, Mr. Tim Castle, who is also a member of the Court of Arbitration for Sport, will be the Chairman.
Other members of the Disputes Tribunal for the 2011 Pacific Games are:

Lord Tevita Tupou (President, Tongan Pacific Games Association)
Sir Geoffrey Henry KBE (President, Cook Islands PGA)
Mr. Robert Steffy (Secretary-General, Guam PGA)
Ms. Lorraine Mar (Secretary-General/CEO of the Fiji PGA)
