Mixed results at Waverley City Tournament
Waverley City tournament is always a strong standard and this year was no different.
We had 5 teams represent our LYVNA, all the 11U teams, 13U-3 and 15U-3.
Our 15-3's and 13-3's had a mixed day with some good wins but also came up against some strong opposition, playing against team 1 and 2's.
Our 11U teams had a very positive tournament. Gibbo's 11U-1 in the Open section, had a couple of close losses but mostly performed stronger than their opposition. Karly's 11U-2 (coached on the day by Shaz) went through the day undefeated, brilliant performance. Kerri's 11U-3 started the day fantastically, registering their first win of the season, and finished with a fantastic result of 4 wins 2 losses. We all knew success wouldn't be far away for Kerri and girls and we are all over the moon for them.
