2005 H/School East & West Basketball Championship
As part of the Solomon Island Basketball Federation plan, the National Basketball Development Officer is organizing a high school East & West high school basketball championship next week during the high school one (1) week break on the 19th to 23rd September 2005.
The SIBF will uterlize the the proposed high school competition to select its youth teams to participate in the FIBA Oceania youth tournament in Auckland, New Zealand next year 2006.
Eight (8) schools had registered to take part in the competition, on both boys and girls category. Four (4) schools from the West part of Honiara, and Four (4) schools from the East of Honiara.
As usual, the competition will be administer and officiate by school students who had took part in previous courses with Stuart and Jon.
