Crows Appoint New Coach

The Toowoomba Crows have appointed a new coach, to guide the Under 18 development squad through the 2011 AFL SportsReady Division 1 season.

Mr. John Wilson will take over the reigns for the new season and will look to improve on the 2010 season result. John previously coached the Crows in 2007 and 2008, where he took the side to a Preliminary Final (2007) and a Grand Final appearance (2008). John brings a wealth of experience to the development program and is coming off a outstanding 2010 as the Assistant Coach of the AFLDD premiers the Toowoomba Tigers.

In 2011 the Toowoomba Crows development program will extend further not only to help the Under 18 boys in the region but a Under 18 Youth Girls program will be in place to help the regions ever growing female participation. Development Officer Jeff Neumann is looking for anyone interested in helping the Youth Girls development program in the new year.
