Crows Soaring High in 2010

The Under 18 Toowoomba Crows continue to create history, even after their historic Under 18 AFL SportsReady Division 2 North Grand Final win in 2009, the Crows continue to re-write the history books by gaining entry into the AFL Queensland Under18 Division 1 competition.

This is the premier Under 18 Competition in the state and is a significant step in establishing the Darling Downs region as an AFL power house. Crows administration staff got the nod late yesterday afternoon (29^th March 2010) that they will officially compete in the Division 1 competition.

After an impressive grading game hit out against 2009 Under 18 Division 1 Grand Finalists Western Magpies AFC, the Crows showed enough to everyone that they could well and truly hold their own in the Division 1 competition. The Crows will be looking for a big 2010 campaign to cement a future in the Division 1 competition.

The Toowoomba Crows campaign starts Sunday 11^th April at Rockville Oval, against Coolangatta AFC, game kicks off at 2:00pm, come along and support the boys as they go into battle against the state’s best under 18 teams.
