ROD Ward is the Victorian Country Football League central administration hub joint Administrator of the Year.
This is the fourth time the Ballarat-based Ward has received the award.
Ward is the Ballarat Football Hub chief executive officer, overseeing the Ballarat, Lexton Plains and Maryborough Castlemaine District leagues, which take in senior and junior football, and netball.
His responsibilities also include the BFL's social club, the Ballarat Leagues Club.
He shared the award with Football Geelong CEO Lee Hartman.
Ward was first honoured by the VCFL in 2005 and followed up with awards in 2006 and last year.
He received the award at the annual VCFL premiers' dinner at Hilton on the Park in Melbourne.
