New NBDO for Kiribati
The NBDO position is difficult to find a suitable person as you have to be a jack of trades, but as you can see Joe has been involved in basketball as a player, referee, and coach.
Joe played in the Division 1 Local Competitions and represented Kiribati at the South Pacific Games in Fiji, Joe has also refereed and coached at many senior and junior clubs and even attended a FIBA Oceania Level 1 Coaching Course.
Joe is currently the President of the Temaiku Basketball Club Management Committee and Director of the Kiribati Basketball Federation Board for the past three years
We are looking forward to seeing the Kiribati basketball community improving under the wacthful eye of Joe.
