Notice of Motions:
1. TO AMEND THE CONSTITUTION CLAUSE 18: TO CHANGE THE DESIGNATION OF THE DIRECTOR RESPONSIBLE FOR REFEREES
In the Constitution, the current rule 18.1.4 states that the President of ALRA(WA) or their nominee shall also be a Director of the Association (Lacrosse WA incorporated)
The Notice of Motion is that Item 18.1.4 be deleted and that a Director (as with other Directors) be elected rather than automatically included (as in the above) and that the position be named “Director of Officiating” and that this name be included within 18.1.3.
The Motion reads:
That item 18.1.4, which refers to the appointment of an ALRA representative to the Board, be deleted from the constitution.
And that item 18.1.3 should include the nomination and election of a Director of Officiating.

2. TO AMEND THE CONSTITUTION: CONSTITUTION CLAUSE 5.5: TO CHANGE THE PROCESS FOR ELECTION & APPROVAL OF HONORARY LIFE MEMBERSHIP TO THE ASSOCIATION
The motion reads:
That Constitution Rule 5.5 be amended to read:
Honorary Life Membership may be conferred on any person who has rendered distinguished service to the Association or to the game of lacrosse over a period of ten (10) years or more. Election of Honorary Life Members shall be conducted according to the following conditions:
- Nominations for Honorary Life Membership shall be accompanied by a full written citation of the services rendered and the achievements made by the nominee.
- A Selection Committee shall be named comprising (3) Lacrosse WA Life Members and one (1) member of the Lacrosse WA Board, appointed by the LWA Board.
- The nominee shall be elected to Honorary Life Membership on the receipt of a unanimous vote from the Selection Committee.
- Presentation of the award will be at an appropriate time and place as determined by the LWA Board.

3. TO AMEND THE CONSTITUTION CLAUSE 18.1.3: TO ADD THE DIRECTOR OF HIGH PERFORMANCE
The Motion reads:
That a “Director of High Performance” be added to the board of Director’s and that this name be included within positions listed at 18.1.3.
